Event Recycling & Composting

Event Recycling & Composting

Eugene’s numerous festivals, community events, and street fairs often generate large amounts of waste.

Our free technical assistance can help event planners and coordinators divert waste from the landfill with increased recycling and food composting. We’ll help you each step of the way from choosing the right containers to locating where to drop off recycling and composting!

Contact BRING’s RE:think Program for assistance. We also suggest the following resources:

City of Eugene resources and tools to deliver events sustainably.

Lane County's recycling bins and durable dishware loan program.

Help from Master Recyclers: Learn how volunteers can help you make a plan to reduce waste at your event.
