11. Afterparty in a Restored Building: Sprout! Regional Food Hub
A repurposed church in downtown Springfield blossoms as a regional food hub and community-building space. The former sanctuary, graced by beautiful stained glass windows, has been transformed into an events space that hosts a Friday farmers market connecting consumers to fresh local produce. A former fellowship hall takes on new purpose with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and café space, featuring several independent vendors. Two classrooms have been joined to form an intimate taproom for a local nano-brewery. Join us in the Sprout! café space, courtyard, and Claim 52’s Abbey taproom for a relaxed afterparty sponsored by Mountain Rose Herbs with great locally sourced food and drink options and live music. As a bonus, take a spin with a designated driver in an electric vehicle.
